SSC CHSL QUESTION PAPER 2017 PDF DOWNLOAD


The Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam (10+2) is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to fill various posts of Lower Division Clerks (LDC), Data Entry Operators (DEO), and Postal Savings/Sorting Assistants. It is a difficult exam to crack, but with practice and dedication it can be easily cracked.

SSC CHSL QUESTION PAPER:

The SSC CHSL evaluates candidates for the various Government posts. It conducts exam in 3 tiers.

  • Tier I- Objective multiple Choice question paper
  • Tier II- Written descriptive Paper which can be taken in Hindi or English
  • Tier III- Skill or computer proficiency test (only if applicable)

Tier II pattern:
This is a descriptive test conducted in Hindi or English. It is done to judge the written capacity of the candidate. It includes writing an essay of about 200-250 words and a letter or application of about 150-200 papers. The minimum qualifying marks that a candidate requires to clear this level is 33%. The time duration for this level is 60 minutes. It is a 100 marks pen and paper exam. The entire tier II question paper is based on the concepts of 10th standard.
In case of aspirants who are physically challenged or suffering from cerebral palsy have 80 minutes to complete the exam.

Tier III exam pattern:
This includes skill test like the typing test. This is needed to qualify for the final selection to the Government Jobs. On the basis of total marks obtained in tier I and II the final merit list will be selected for the aspirants. This is a 15 minute test and evaluates the ability and the typing speed.

Practice the previous years SSC CHSL question papers and you will definitely excel this exam with flying colours. To crack this difficult exam it requires certain short cuts and speed. Devote maximum time in preparing for this exam.
